The government has agreed to pay a sum of 160 million shillings to medical services minister Anyang' Nyong'o and nine other party leaders following a ruling by the east African court of justice, directing the Kenyan government to pay up the amount. Meanwhile Kamukunji mp Simon Mbugua has for the third time failed in his bid to stop a petition challenging his election.
