House Oversight Committee Chair, Congressman James Comer says he will begin the process to hold FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt of Congress. The Republican from Kentucky says the FBI did not comply with a subpoena to hand over a document alleging Joe Biden accepted a bribe when he was vice president. Sources close to the investigation say the FBI document allegedly describes a $5 million criminal scheme involving then Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national exchanging money for policy decisions. After both Congressman James Comer and lead Democrat Jamie Raskin looked at the document during a classified FBI briefing, both lawmakers had very different take aways. Representative Comer says, "It suggests a pattern of bribery where payments were made through shell accounts, and multiple banks, there is a term for that - money laundering." Congressman Comer says the document is part of an on-going investigation the FBI is conducting in the state of Delaware against the Biden family. Despite the classified briefing, Congressman Comer says the FBI is still not in compliance with the subpoena to turn over the physical document to the committee. Capitol Hill Correspondent, Erik Rosales reports.
