From high school, Summer Camps, College and service in the Navy, these two friends new they were meant to be and tied the knot in a secluded sanctuary on Tampa's waterways. The setting for these two could not have been any more perfect using the Tampa Bay estuary as their backdrop. The celebration of Phoebe and Rob's "I Do's" left those in attendance with an evening worth remembering!
