Here is one simple, but effective oblique activation exercise which you can effortlessly slip into your daily training routine if you want to gain strength in your core and six-pack 🍫 Implement this supplemental dance-specific training and you will be able to gain better control of your port de bras articulation.
LOAD: go ahead and add 4 sets of 50 heel taps (each side) with a 30 to 50 sec. break in between each set every 2nd day.
This will help you build strength in your upper body extensions and besides earning you perfection in your Port de Bras performance it will as well contribute to your A la Seconde height!
