The Inferno is one of the toughest pieces of content in runescape. 69 waves of grueling combat topped off with fighting 3 jads at once and a tough last boss Tz-Kal Zuk. It rewards the inferno cape, which provides +4 strength bonus over the fire cape, and a chance at the nibbler pet, one of the cooler pets in game. I recommend a twisted bow for people going for their first cape, as an acb makes the Zuk fight incredibly difficult and grueling, typically requiring you to off-tick the ranger and mage spawns and prayer flick them repeatedly. I recommend going for an acb cape if you have already done inferno on your main and are looking to do it on an ironman.
