This is a super quick and easy last minute 4th of July manicure!
Nail polish and products used:
-Sally Hansen - White On
-Sally Hansen - Cherry Red
-Sally Hansen - Deep Sea Blue
Step-By-Step:
-Start out with clean, dry nails and apply a base coat
-Use White On as your base color - apply an extra thick coat
-Apply random dots or blobs of red and blue into the wet polish
-After allowing to set for a few minutes, finish with a top coat!
