Our Dharma Night class explores aspects of the Buddhist vision, drawing on two and a half thousand years of teachings to find practical application in the modern world. Broadcast live from an in-person class in the LBC shrine room, with a Dharma talk, opportunities to get your questions answered, led meditation and ritual.

The Dharma night team returns to their occasional series, each drawing out a favourite lecture by our founder and teacher, Sangharakshita, and giving a commentary on it for today's world. From the inner workings of the mind to heroic figures of the past, there will be lots for you to delve into and enjoy.
