Hand or not?

→ 1st thing to consider according to UEFA: INTENTION

We arent only asking "does he intend to hit the ball?", we also ask "does he intend to NOT hit the ball?" He clearly doesnt want to hit it with his right arm, but his left arm he clearly is hesitating to adduct!

He came from the left side of keeper so he kinda knows his right side is covered by keeper behind, but his left side is open!

...the difference in speed and timing of adduction between both arms is significant! His right arm is almost completely adducted when he just starts adducting his left arm. In terms of balancing the body in this movement both arms actually look fine. (quickly adduct right to counter the left leaning and not adduct left). From my pov that's the only reason that speaks for no penalty. But intention is #1 prio and he is a pro who knows what's on stake: let it pass and most certainly fall behind 1-2 or go "50:50" for "intention/no intention".

All of this happens while he has clear vision of the ball! And by no means it was a surprising outcome that his body/a body part blocked the shot, that's why he is moving there in first place!?
