RANGE refers to those same rows plus any others that have the same matching values
RANGE BETWEEN UNBOUNDED PRECEDING AND CURRENT ROW – Aggregates all the Value less than Current ROW with Current Range
RANGE BETWEEN CURRENT ROW AND UNBOUNDED FOLLOWING – Aggregates all the Value greater than Current Row with Current Range
