The proposed reforms on the law governing the National Social Security Fund in particular taxing of members benefits, continues to draw strong reactions from many quarters. This time round with a cross section of civil society actors pressing for a middle ground between savers, management of the fund anchored on the law. The NSSF Amendment Bill 2019 has since been tabled before parliament.
