.... Yeah, this has many facets to it. For me, I find it sad that the individuals working in devco seemed to have handbrakes on with their engagement. They often seem to be held back by the organisations they work for. I believe supervisors and directors need to do more to unleash them to just talk more. Most things are not a political issue immediately ... and on social media, you can rectify and even delete comments easily.
