"I wanted to find something which was very Cavalli, but more new. So, I found these... because the Roberto used to paint, okay, before being a fashion designer, and I found these jeans with these wide Leda, Leda and the Swan, which was first on a leg, hand-designed by him and on another leg was printed. It was just the sample of a study. Okay? When I saw this piece in the archive, I fell in love because in that piece there was like what I like most, my Italian roots and the Renaissance."
