Hey guys thanks for tuning in to another Runes and Masteries Video. I have also included the build that I am using. Video is a little lengthy soo here's the TL;DW of it.

Summoner Spells:
Flash (Requires Summoner Level 12)
Ignite (Requires Summoner Level 7)
Build Order:
Doran's Ring (Get your Level 1 Boots and Pots here if fighting Cassi or an AD then get Ring)
Doran's Ring
Doran's Ring OR Basic Boots (If Ring get Boots next)
Rabadon's Deathcap OR Will of the Ancients (WotA if you need the sustain harcore, Deathcap after WotA!)
Lich Bane (Slow ass yordle ffs)
Rylai's Crystal Scepter
I forgot to mention in the video since I'm a derp but you should really pick up a Lich Bane on Ziggs. Amazing item. Grab it before Rylai's. Also if you can afford it Void Staff should also be obtained at some point towards the end unless the team is building heavy MR all around then you'll want to pick it up earlier on. Use your best judgement. Definitive guides to items don't exist. Frozen Heart is also a good choice on Ziggs. If you're going to build one then do NOT grab the Cooldown Reduction Boots instead grab the Magic Penetration ones.
Make sure you upgrade your boots whenever you see fit. Get the Cooldown Reduction Boots (Ionian Boots of Lucidity! My advice on boots is to get them when your laning phase is over or if you're playing against a champion that can zone you hardcore example: Cassi.
Probably going to get some flak for saying go CDR Boots AMG over the Magic Pen boots. I'd rather pickup a void staff earlier to counter the enemy Magic Resist since it's cheap and the early CDR is beyond awesome on Ziggs. You can get quite a bit of CDR early on with those boots and a blue buff.
Also if you would like the talent to extend the duration of your blue buff in the utility tree then build like this: [ Ссылка ] You could go into the 3mp5 talent instead of the extra movement speed but think about it you're extending blue buff for a reason.. the %mp1 ;p.
