Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls:
Blueberry filling
2 1/2 cups rinsed blueberries
3Tbs brown sugar
2-3 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbs water
3Tbs water with 1 Tbs +1tsp cornstarch (this will be poured in after 20 minutes of cooking the above on medium high heat) its to thicken it up.
Reserve 2 Tbs for icing!
Cream cheese filling
4 oz cream cheese (soft)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 Tbs heavy cream (if mixture is too thin add more sugar, if its too thick add a couple drops of cream. it should spread like butter)
Dough
1 1/2 cups milk warm
2 1/4 tsp yeast (i use instant)
1 egg beaten

Tbs melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tbs oil (i use lard)
4-5 cups flour (dough should be soft and not sticking to sides of bowl)
Let rise until doubled then punch down and roll out to add fillings! Roll up and put in pan. Drizzle some heavy cream on top of each roll. Let rise again for about 30
minutes then bake in 350* oven until they reach an internal temp of 190-200 and are lightly browned on edges!
