RECIPE
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 (20-ounce can) pineapple, including juice
Mix the above ingredients and pour into un-greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Cool, then frost.
Cream Cheese Frosting
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix the butter, vanilla and cream cheese throughly then add sugar.
