- Gain money from destroying insurgent camp
Insurgent tactic:
- More insurgent spawn in a zone they just captured
- Insurgent can support each other when they're not in combat
Player tactic:
- Starts with 4 garrisons
- Increase soldiers' combat strength
- If garrison get destroyed, it will kill every insurgent that is neighbouring that zone with garrison
Governor: Tank commander
Advisors:
- Journalist: Gather intel faster
- Intelligence officer: Soldier also gather intel in neighbouring zones
- Quartermaster: Starts with another garrison
