i was not at this show in new york city, but i was at the show at the national in montreal on sept 30, 2010. the footage from 'jim' was inserted from toronto.

this is a video i joined of segments i found on youtube, cross-referenced against a setlist of the new york city show and augmented with footage from toronto to fit the setlist. i did not keep track of the constituent pieces and the urls are lost.
