Big Zuu is joined by comedian and actor Sindhu Vee as they eat their way around Spain's third-largest city of Valencia in 12 delicious dishes - once dubbed the world capital of 'anti-tourism', Valencia's growing gastronomic scene and contemporary architecture has seen the city reinvent itself in recent years - however, what has never been in doubt is its title as the home of paella. Born out of the rice in the paddy fields around the city, Spain's national dish is where Zuu and Sindhu's food pilgrimage begins - after stopping off for a squid ink twist on the original rice dish, the pair sample a super bombon sandwich and some pumpkin doughnuts before working their appetites back up with a game of Valencian pilota. After refuelling with a tigernut milk drink known as horchata, Zuu takes Sindhu to a bar that cooks fresh fish from the market right next door, then wows his guest with a slice of Michelin-approved onion cheesecake before one final stop at an oyster bar.
