In the wake of the recent bomb threats that over 55 different historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) received, IACLEA's webinar covered related issues. Moderated by IACLEA and features two HBCU Chiefs of Police as panel members.

-The changes HBCU campus police leadership is making to better prepare for similar threats/attacks
-The need for better response and coordination capabilities and the technology that can facilitate this
-Review how University of Glasgow managed an IED incident on campus
-Federal grant program to enhance security and mental health initiatives for HBCUs
