Kenya's President Uhuru Kenyatta has dismissed opposition calls for a caretaker government should the presidential re-run not happen within the allocated time. The Supreme Court last month gave the country sixty days to hold a new election, in line with the constitution. The polls were first due on October the sixteenth. That was moved to the 26th of October. But the main opposition leaders Raila Odinga has threatened to boycott that vote -- unless electoral officials are prosecuted and sacked. He's called for fresh protests on Monday.
