The first of 13 videos of a staged performance shot in the early 1970's of Texas fiddle luminaries Benny Thomasson and Dick Barrett. Not exactly a "live concert" as there is no audience, a fact that Dick makes humorous reference to early on in the program. After an introduction by Dick, Benny kicks the program off with a tune of choice written by the late five time National Fiddle Champion Herman Johnson of Shawnee, Oklahoma.
