Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday made a surprise visit to the new parliament building and inspected the work. He spent more than an hour in the new parliament building and also interacted with the construction workers. PM Modi also visited the site in September 2021. He spent almost an hour at the site of the proposed Central Vista project and carried out a first-hand inspection of the construction status of the new Parliament building.
