During first third of STEM Club, students created inventions made from three shapes chosen at random from 15 possible shapes. They drew possible models, devised purposes for their inventions, and named them. They then found materials to make their inventions from recycled objects at home and constructed them in class. In the end, they presented these inventions to each other and documented their experiences. Throughout the process, they learned about famous inventors who made contributions to society.
