Nextcloud, an open source, self-hostable web application for making your own cloud.
Created in 2016 by, an ex employee of OwnCloud. Today it is one of the most popular alternatives to manage a Frank Karlitscheknd sync data between devices. As in 2019 the French, Sweden and Nether land governments used it for private file transfers. Upload a file, edit it all in the browser, then share it securely with the built-in files app.
Sync photos from your phone, and share them for others to see with the built-in photos' app.
Sync and add contacts and calendar events with the contacts and calendars apps.
Finally, edit and create word, PowerPoint, and Excel files with its office suite. Either with Libre or Only Office.
To get started, use any cloud hosting service and their one click deploy for Nextcloud. Or self-host with a server at home.
