In this video, I walk through the process of dehydrating apples to make “apple chips.”
Specifically, I am using the Ivation 9 Tray Countertop dehydrator. The goal of this project is to test the new dehydrator and preserve some apples that were about to go bad.
These dehydrated apples will be great as a snack, or to add to oatmeal, or rehydrate and add to pies.
