Lachko Mohanthal :
ingredients :
1 Cup = 250 ml
1 Cup - Ghee (200 gm)
2 Cup - Mota besan (275 gm)
1 Cup - Sugar (200 gm)
1 Cup - Milk remove 3 tbsp - Milk
3 tbsp - Ghee
1 tsp -Elachi Powder
Pista Flaks
Badam Flaks
Saffron
Method :
Take bowl and add 1 cup - besan motawala
Take small bowl - 3 tbsp luck warm milk , 3 tbsp Ghee mix well
And add into besan and mix well
And rub with Palm and Press into bowl and keep a side for 10 min
Take a big wheat Strainer and strain from it like big coarse besan crumble
Take a heavy bottom Pan and add
1 Cup - Ghee
Make ghee hot and put the coarse above besan and mix it well and stir properly in Slow Flame till golden
It takes time
Put little by little milk ( 1 Cup removed 3 tbsp )
Mix it well , let milk evaporate and pan leaves ghee keep a side
Now make Chasni : Take a Pan
1 cup = 250 ml
1 Cup - water
1 cup - Sugar
Let boil and Stir Continuously in Medium High Flame and add
1/4 tsp - Saffron ( Kesar )
Boil till 1/2 String only ( no need to boil more ) only look like Sticky only
Switch off the flame and add
1 tsp - Cardamom Powder
Put Chasni Into besan and mix it well and Switch on the Gas
30-40 Sec only we have keep on flame and stir continuously
Let keep upset the Fan let Cool Properly , Stir Continuously and Serve with Badam Flakes n Pista Flakes .
For Monhanthal
Add milk 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup only
Chasni : make it between 1 string to 1 1/2 string and Place in Tray and Put Pista and Badam Flakes , Lets cool Completely and makes Pieces.
