Tesla has issued a recall for all 4000 Cybertrucks due to concerns over accelerator pedal issues. Following reports of rusting problems and numerous customer videos showing accelerator pedals getting stuck, Tesla's use of a soap-like lubricant in the pedals has been identified as the cause. This lubricant leads to pedal slipping and potential accidents. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHSTA) ordered the recall, prompting Tesla to take action and recall all Cybertrucks to address the safety issue.
