Samosa or salty biscuit with tea is a dangerous combination! One of the most common and unhealthy food combinations in India is mixing salt with tea made from cow's milk. This is called Viruddha Aahaar, like having samosa or any salty snack with tea. When salt is added to milk, it causes the milk molecules to curdle by breaking them. Also, the post-digestive effect of salt is salty, while the post-digestive effect of milk is sweet. When these two meet, the process of curdling of milk starts, which causes digestive problems and produces digested toxins. This creates a suitable environment for parasites to grow. Therefore, do not drink tea immediately after salty food. Give some time till the salty food is digested. Similarly, do not take tea just before salty food. Take tea and salty food at different times.
