Today's recipe is Orange jelly
Ingredients:
Process:
Oranges - 3
cut and squeeze oranges
strain the juice
add 2 cups orange juice to the kadai
add 1/4 cup sugar
corn flour - 2 tbsp
mix well with a beater to avoid lumps
Place the kadai on stove
mix thoroughly on medium flame till the liquid thickness as shown
Take a glass apply ghee, pour the jelly
cool at room temperature and refrigerate for 1 hour
Take into a plate enjoy soft orange pudding
