Hey, sweet friend! I'm so HAPPY you stopped by today because I am just tickled pink to announce our second year-long Mystery Knit Along (MKAL)! Y'all went absolutely bonkers (in the most wonderful way) for the 2022 event, so we just knew we had to do it again! Here's how it works...
Each month in 2023, we'll release another clue along with yarn color recommendations and a video tutorial. Follow along with us for the entire 12 months, and at the end of 2023, you'll have knitted your own incredibly stunning Advertence shawl/blanket... a shlanket!?! Today's video provides a bit more information about what you can expect, and I also demonstrate how to knit the first clue, which is a soothing Seed Stitch border.

Be sure to sign into your account when downloading the pattern, so when future clues go live, you'll only need to login and re-download the pattern to receive the next clue. Crocheters, our 2023 Mystery Crochet Along (MCAL) will be starting soon, so stay tuned!
To knit Advertence, you will need 12 differently colored skeins of our luxurious, dreamy soft Mirage Sport yarn or an equivalent amount of yarn/yardage in another sport-weight yarn. For Clue #1, we used Endless Mirage Sport.

Mirage Sport is a beautiful, sport-weight blend of 70% Superwash Merino Wool, 10% Natural Baby Camel, 10% Cashmere, and 10% Mulberry Silk. So unbelievably scrumptious! Luscious and supremely soft with a gorgeous drape and structure. 350 yds/320 m per skein.
Each month, we'll let you know which color we recommend for that clue, but you can also create your own color combination. We DO recommend that you choose colors with a good amount of contrast among them. And because our colors come and go rapidly, you'll want to grab any that you love!
