A simple application of Jidoka ensures that there is timely completion and no overrun during personal interviews. Vasudha Singh, Chirag Tharwani, Charul Bhakre, Suraj Batra, Rohit Jhawar and Siddhant Khare of e-Biz class of 2017-19 along with Neha from Welingkar Institute did this small implementation. In the true spirit of Kaizen and Pareto's 80-20 principle, a small change brought a great result.
