A police lieutenant in Georgia was caught on video telling a nervous motorist during a traffic stop saying “we only kill black people”.
In the video, a white female driver explained to the cop she was scared to move her hands in order to get her cellphone. Lt Greg Abbott interrupts her and says: “But you’re not black. Remember, we only kill black people.”
