Opposition members of parliament have said they will not take money to facilitate their consultation with their constituents on the Constitution Amendment Bill 2017 which seeks to remove the age limit for presidential candidates. The Parliamentary Commission worked out a budget that would see all MPs receive about 20 million shillings for consultations.
