A new era at Casa Bonita begins Monday.

Casa Bonita will open reservations to the public on Monday after more than a year of hosting dinners on an invite-only basis.

The Lakewood restaurant — known for cliff divers, a pirate cave and sopapillas — will open reservations to the public beginning Monday at 3 p.m. at casabonitadenver.com.
