Ingredients:
Fish - 500 g
*For grinding:
Pepper corns - 2 1/2 tbsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
*For preparation:
Coconut oil / Oil - 2 1/2 tbsp
Shallots - 6 (medium size )
Onion - half ( small size )
Green chilli - 5
Crushed ginger - 1/2 tbsp
Crushed garlic - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Tomato - 1 ( medium size )
Thick Coconut milk - 1/4 cup
Tamarind (Kudampuli ) - 3 piece
Salt
Coconut oil - 1 tsp
Hot water - 2 cup
