SAVE this! This is one of my most popular recipes. Who doesn’t love fresh dough and this is one of the easiest ways to make it. You can completely leave out the milk powder if it is not available and to keep it completely vegan and allergy free.
5 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup milk powder (optional)
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup light olive oil
2 cups warm water
🔸Add all of the above ingredients into a large bowl and knead until all of the flour is absorbed
🔸Drizzle olive oil all over the ball of dough and the inside of the bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 24 hours
🔸Take out from the fridge divide into 4ths, any dough you’re not using you can keep in the fridge
🔸Place the balls of dough on a floured surface, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 2 hours
🔸Now the dough balls are ready to use! To keep the air bubbles within the dough, do not use a rolling pin, it’s easily spreadable with your hands and keeps the air bubbles intact
