The method I talk about is fairly simple here is using the Device Manager to disable or enable the integrated graphics card.
There are many reasons why this information may come in handy. For instance, if you want to troubleshoot if your onboard graphics card is causing certain graphical issues, you can disable it to see if the problem persists.
It should also be noted that if you have two graphics card, then disabling the integrated graphics card will not switch all the image processing to the dedicated graphics card.
You may also have concerns regarding whether it is safe to disable the integrated graphics card or not. I explain in this video further.
