One of the most overlooked and underrated aspects of lifting is the setup. Success is in the setup and very commonly athletes don’t take the time or we’re never taught how to position themselves best under the bar. You see this most often with an SSB riding someone’s neck rather than traps. Your gym habits become your meet habits too.
