day 2:machha khola to jagat 7hrs/1340m.
day 3jagat to deng 7hrs/1860m.
day 5:deng to namrung 8hrs/2630m.
day 6:namrung to lho 5hrs/3180m.
day 7:lho to samagaun 4hrs/3520m.
day 8:samagaun acclimatization day 8 hrs excursion around manasolu base camp 4800m.
day 9:samagaun to samdo 3:30 hrs/3870m.
day 10:samdo to dharmasala 3 hrs/4460m.
day 11:dharmasala to bhimthang via larkey la pass 9 hrs 5106m. maxi altitude
day 12:bhimthang to dharapani 8hrs/1960m.
day 13:dharapani to bahundanda/1310m.
day 14:bahundanda to besishahar 4:30 hrs/840m.
