In the upper right corner on Patreon, click on "Your Pledges" then click on "Show Reward". There should be a link to our private Discord Chat.

If you’re still having problems getting in after that, try the following:
Server invites should automatically apply, and can sometimes take a few hours to send after placing your pledge. If it's been longer than that, then I recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:

1) Disconnect your Discord and Patreon account.
2) Log out of Discord via the web, mobile, and desktop app. Logging out of Discord can be tricky, click here to check out their help center.
3) Update your pledge to the creator by clicking the "save" button when editing your pledge. No information needs to be changed.
4) Reconnect your Discord and Patreon account.
5) If none of the above worked, go to settings on patreon and make sure your patreon is connected to your discord.

For Sponsors through YouTube: Sync your YouTube account with your Discord account, by going into User Settings - Connections - YouTube. Discord will automatically sync with your YouTube account, and you'll find all the streamers you're sponsored to right in the Connections tab!
