Number 1
The first time that we see Viserys and Daenerys, we can see a mural on the wall behind them depicting a naval battle with ships shooting cannons. We later find out that cannon technology has never actually been discovered in Westeros.

Number 2
During the pilot episode, when Benjen takes a moment to talk to Ned during the feast, his hair is shorter and styled differently from the earlier moment of him speaking with Jon a few minutes before.

Number 3
THere is actually a recycled scene in The Kingsroad when Joffrey has Arya pinned and Nymeria bites his arm. The camera cuts to Sansa who yells Arya’s name, but it’s shown twice in quick succession with the same clip.

Number 4
At the end of the Fire and Blood episode, when Daenerys stands up, the Dothraki kneel, and the two men behind her drop all the way to the ground.

Number 5
In The North Remembers, during the duel between The Hound and his opponent, both are seen with a mace in their right hand and a shield in their left hand. After the camera cuts to a higher elevation, the weapons are switched, which shows that one of these scenes is actually flipped.
