Black-owned restaurants in the New York City area have seen their revenues fall 70-80% since the start of the pandemic, according to local culinary business owners. It's inspired the organizers of Black Restaurant Week to bring their event to NYC for the first time, despite indoor dining restrictions and Covid-19 concerns. CNBC's Frank Holland reports.
