Isabelle Ringnes is the Co-founder & Chief Product Officer of Equalitycheck.it; a platform for crowdsourced anonymous reviews about equality in the workplace.

She produces the podcast Future Forecast, is faculty at Singularity University Nordic, board member at the financial application Kron AS and Dermanor AS, author of the book Hvem Spanderer and a public speaker. In 2015 she founded TENK, the Technology Network for Women and #Hunspanderer focused on gender stereotypes and unconscious bias.
