When I first posted this as a reel on my Instagram (@DoctorRekha), it went viral! I received countless thank you messages from people, many of whom were not even my followers, telling me how much it helped them. However, some dentists were not pleased. I even received threats to take down the reel, and they mass-reported it. Eventually, Instagram flagged and removed my reel.

Due to the overwhelming number of requests to repost the reel, I am sharing it here on YouTube and trying my luck!

Thank you to everyone who has always supported Ayurveda and me. The modern world may not always be kind to us, but we are determined to move forward. While the world chases the super-modern, thank you for joining me in embracing our roots! 😊
