The Barekendan spirit was at TUMO Yerevan for an entire day of festivities! 😎 Kids and adults alike were having fun making traditional masks and dolls to celebrate the playful nature of Barekendan which coincided with Tumanyan’s 154th anniversary. People were rushing from the center to Tumanyan Park to participate in all kinds of traditional activities such as games, dances, and music performed by TUMO’s Zrangi band. The Malyan Theater helped the audience step into Tumanyan's fairy tales. Hovsep Beglaryan, who gave a unique performance on a tightrope outside, participated in a discussion with director Arman Yeritsyan after the screening of The Last Tightrope Dancer in Armenia.
