As I learn this case, I now realize that agents that got defrauded should complain to their state attorney general, and the AG can and will refer to an attorney.

Finally, Mark learned how to create his own leads on Facebook and told his fellow agents in the FFL WhatsApp and Facebook groups of his knowledge. He was banned from the groups.

Mark is an aggressive guy who cares about others. He made a rant on his personal Facebook page about leads and received a voice mail from an FFL executive, Mike Killimett. Telling him that he should take down the post. Otherwise, the lead company will sue him.

On FFL's Facebook groups, Mark made multiple posts trying to help his fellow agents in their lead acquisition. Mark was then banned from those groups.

FFL terminated his contracts and refused to release him from the carriers, which caused him a financial loss.

Mark is interested in representing Florida in the class-action lawsuit against FFL, and Mark tells us that he will be filing a personal lawsuit in state court before the statute of limitations runs out.

Mark now earns good money in the insurance industry, and getting treble monetary damages from a lawsuit against FFL would be a small fortune. Notwithstanding emotional damages which could be huge.
