This is my ubuntu 10.04 dual install with windows vista. It is installed on a low end 3 year old compaq presario with an intel celeron 3.33 GHz processor with 2 Gb ram and an ati radeon xpress 1100 series graphics card. As you can see the compiz effects run rather well, even with this troublesome card and drivers.
[note] The windows do drag across desktops in expo (the curved wall that shows all of the desktops) however it did not work while the desktop recorder was running. A weird bug, but as any good linux jockey will tell you, that goes with the show in ubuntu.
