Every Mumbaikar sulks when it comes to delivery of services by Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (BMC). Its deplorable that with an Establishment Budget of around Rs.14000 Crores, BMC sets pathetic records of delays in attending to complaints. BMC is a service provider and needs to wake up to the reality of times when with each passing day the Consumer of its Services is getting acutely aware of its rights.
