Hormones are known to have a significant impact on seizure occurrence and severity in people with epilepsy. The ovarian cycle, pregnancy, and menopause all cause hormonal fluctuations that can lead to seizure changes. This interview took place at the 14th European Epilepsy Congress (EEC) 2022 in Geneva, Switzerland.
