Onto Whole30 Days 15 and 16! This is what I eat in a day on Whole30, any exercise and other lifestyle things I do, and how I feel each day.
I also explain why I think this Whole30 seems harder to me (for some reasons) and how I'm expecting to feel, based on past experience.
